Life’s WORC Together Walk 2023
The second annual Life’s WORC Together Walk took place on October 22, 2023, after being rescheduled from its original September date due to weather. Fortunately, Mother Nature was looking out for us and the sun came out just in time!
DJ Drew from our Ozone Park residence served as DJ for the event, getting the crowd excited and keeping them motivated. Life’s WORC CEO Len Weiser welcomed everyone to the event and helped lead the warm-up exercises. We had a great turnout of staff members, residents, program participant, families and supporters.
We would like to thank Flushing Bank, our program sponsor, who also participated and was on-site giving out goodies.
The walk was made possible by Event Sponsor and Board Vice Chair Vanessa Rogan and her family, whose dedication and generosity ensured the event was a huge success.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and to our hardworking staff and volunteers. We couldn’t have done it without you! We look forward to seeing everyone again next year.
