A Message from Lynne Koufakis

Dear Life’s WORC Families, Friends and Supporters,

It has been my great honor to serve on the Life’s WORC Board since 2013 and to serve as the Board Chair since 2019. It was a privilege to partner with you, the best staff in the industry, to help advance the vital and essential Life’s WORC mission. What better position to be in than to be able to help lift others up so that they may have a more fulfilling and purposeful life.

With that said, I am writing to let you know that, after my many years of service, I have decided to step down. It is time for me to “pass the baton” to a new leader. I come to this decision after many days of reflection. When is it time to move on and let others take the lead? For me, that time is now.

 Although I am leaving my Board role, I will never forget the memories of partnering with you. These past twelve years have been the proudest years of my life. And yes, I/we Made A Difference in the lives of others. For that, we should be proud.

In closing, I encourage you to go forward with confidence and conviction. You are Team Life’s WORC – the best there was, the best there is, the best there will be.
