Staff Spotlight – Tori Berti

Victoria “Tori” Berti joined Life’s WORC three years ago as a member of the Crisis Team.

With a background in clinical services, she worked assisting some of the people Life’s WORC supports who were having a difficult time adjusting or exhibiting challenging behaviors.

From that role, Tori was offered an opportunity to work in the Main Office as Coordinator of Nursing, Psychology and Residential Services while assisting all departments that work under residential. This enabled her to translate her skills and experience to not only help the people we support, but the staff as well.

“I have had so many incredible experiences at Life’s WORC, from taking residents on day trips or out to eat; spending one-on-one time with the people we support; cooking dinner with the people in our homes; the holiday parties and so much more,” Tori shares. “I hope to continue my career here and would love to join the leadership team and help shape the future for the care of people with Developmental Disabilities and Autism.”
